Bailando as rúas is a song based on a poetic creation by contemporary writer Rosalía Fernández Rial who sets her lyrics, with an existential background, to a waltz rhythm. It was precisely this background that motivated the five members of A Banda da Loba to take it as the name for their album. The five young members of A Banda da Loba are Xiana Lastra (vocals), Andrea Porto (electric bass), Inés Mirás (acoustic guitar), Estela Rodríguez (violin) and Marcela Porto (drums and percussion).
