Return
TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC will not be responsible for collecting the product.
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC, at the address ACIBECHERIA Nº31 15704, SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA (A CORUÑA), without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The term will be understood as fulfilled if the customer returns the product before the end of the term.
TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC will not be responsible for the costs of the return, these being the responsibility of the client. The return of the product must include the original labels, seals, accessories and packaging. The returned product will not be accepted in the event that it contains marks or stains of makeup, chemical products or any other type of product, as well as scratches or marks, as well as the return of products that include some degree of personalization or parts modified at the customer's request.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.
Payment refund
The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, as long as the opposite has not been provided.
TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC will pay the amounts paid by the client within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC may retain the refund until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return, depending on which condition is met first.
Return of the defective product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

WITHDRAWAL FORM
In accordance with the provisions of current and applicable personal data protection regulations, we inform you that the data obtained from this form will be incorporated into an automated processing system under the responsibility of TRISQUEL ARTESANIA SC in order to meet your right of withdrawal by virtue of the provisions of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of treatment, deletion, portability and opposition to the treatment of your personal data as well as the consent given for the treatment thereof, directing your request to the address ACIBECHERIA, Nº31 CP15704, SANTIAGO FROM COMPOSTELA (TO CORUÑA) or to the email trisquelartesania@trisquelartesania.com.
You can go to the competent Control Authority to present the claim that you consider appropriate.
Sending this form implies the formalization of your right of withdrawal and consequently, the extinction of the obligation to perform the contract entered into between the parties. Once your request has been processed, TRISQUEL ARTESANÍA SC will send you an acknowledgment of receipt through the communication channel that you have indicated in the aforementioned form. We remind you that you must keep it as proof of the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
