Paraíso is the Madredeus' sixth record album, published in 1997. In this musical work, the evolved and contemporary fado continue to mark the group's line. This is an album where the voice of Teresa Salgueiro reaches more strength with memorable tracks such as A Margen or Haja o que Houver. It is Madredeus' first album with his second line-up, as a quintet, with Carlos Maria Trindade replacing Rodrigo Leão on keyboards and Fernando Júdice on acoustic bass replacing Francisco Ribeiro.
