TIRULEQUE REPICHOCA

Tiruleque's fifth studio album contains 10 tracks that evoke both the band's origins and the urban spaces dedicated to folk music. In fact, it's titled after a now-defunct historic venue in A Coruña, which for nearly two decades served as a bridge from the Orillamar area, acting as a catalyst, breeding ground, and showcase for the city's folk music scene. The band Tiruleque was born in La Repichoca, hence this tribute.

Bagpipes, brass instruments, percussion, vocals, and more come together to convey the spirit of a traditional Galician folk music gathering (foliada).
