It was founded in July 2002, after four friends met to participate in a traditional quartet contest.

The first meeting took place in others and allowed the incorporation of new members and instruments, until it became the traditional Durga or charanga that they are today.

In december 2015 they recorded their first album called Velaí Ven, wick came to light in the spring of 2016.
