Right of withdrawal

If you purchased as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order, no justification needed. Fill in this form and you will immediately receive an email confirmation with the date and time of submission of your request.
You can find it in your order confirmation email.
Name of the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 11 bis.2.a).
Indicate the product(s) concerned, or write "entire order".

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun (art. 103 of Spanish RDL 1/2007).
